HZS75攪拌站由物料供給、計量、攪拌及電氣控制系統等部分組成。該站額定生產率為75m3/h，混凝土卸料高度為3.8m。其可以攪拌各類混凝土，適用于中等規模的建筑施工及公路橋梁等的工程建設及大中型砼預制件廠和商品砼生產廠。
本站是在我公司生產的JS1500單機基礎上，進行合理的配套，配以PL2400配料機，水泥倉和螺旋輸送機（或破包裝置），增加水路系統、外加劑系統、水泥稱量系統后，相應增加氣路控制系統和電氣控制系統，構成砼攪拌站。
