倉頂除塵器又稱水泥罐倉頂除塵器 （固安縣鴻濾達除塵設備廠）根據水泥、粉煤灰、石粉、礦粉、化工粉等各種粉末狀物質的通過孔徑，設計收塵器的濾芯通過最大直徑及附著力作用給濾芯孔徑的影響作用，完全可以滿足各粉末狀物質過濾要求。即滿足散裝車風送及成裝品拆散后風送的要求，又能保證在粉末物質使用時，倉內無負壓。具有體積小，結構緊湊等優點。

二、濾芯清洗方式每6 個月一次, 取出濾芯進行清洗。Once every six Remove filter cleaning.清洗可采用壓縮空氣或者高壓蒸汽(最高溫度不得超過80 0C),Use compressed air or high pressure steam cleaning(the maximum temperature of over 80 0C).在濾芯外側40 厘米距離處進行噴洗。從濾芯頂部慢慢移向底部。In the filter lateral distance of 40 cm for jet washing.Gradually shift from the top of the bottom of the filter.清洗結束后, 將濾芯開口朝下以便水份流出。After washing, opening facing down so that water willfilter out.室溫下放置約一周待其晾干。Once dry place at room temperature for about a week.或者在烘箱內(最高溫度不得超過80 0C)烘大約20 小時可干。Or in the oven (the maximum temperature of over 800C) to try to be out of work for about 20 hours. 
三、. 維護Maintenance每 3 個月一次, 檢查除塵器內部的潔凈部位是否有粉塵出現;如果出現粉塵, 則:1. 檢查濾芯是否破損;2. 檢查密封部位;3. 檢查濾芯是否正確安裝在安裝板上。Once every three months to checkwhether a dust precipitator internalparts of the cleanliness there.If dust :1.
