HZS50、75系列混凝土攪拌站是集物料存儲、計量、攪拌于一體的中型全自動混凝土攪拌設備，該設備投資省、占地面積小，生產率高、工作可靠性強，主機采用JS1000、JS1500雙臥軸強制式攪拌機，攪拌質量好、效率高，可攪拌各種類型的混凝土，尤其適合攪拌干硬性混凝土。骨料配料可選配用HP1600(Ⅲ)、HP2400(Ⅲ)型配料機，具有粗稱和精稱功能，減少落差、計量準確，計量精度高。水泥、粉煤灰、水、液體外加劑的配料均采用電子稱計量，配料精度高。控制系統具有屏幕顯示、配比存儲、落差自動補償等功能，還可實現攪拌過程的手動、自動控制。另外，該設備還配有打印系統。電器元件采用國內外知名品牌，性能可靠，穩定性好。
